About Us

97% Client Retention. The Cleaning Industry Average Is 55%.

That gap doesn’t happen by accident.

Most facility managers have the same story: a vendor that shows up strong for the first 90 days, then quietly disappears into mediocrity. Crews rotate. Standards slip. You start managing your cleaning company instead of your facility.

That’s the problem we built Nexsentio to solve.

Since 2006, we’ve operated on a simple principle — the standard we set on day #1 is the standard we hold on day #1000. Every client gets a named account manager and a team that’s trained specifically for their environment. Not reassigned. Not rotated out. Accountable. Your NXS team shows up every day to earn your trust; we don’t want your partnership unless we’ve earned it. That’s not a tagline. It’s how we’ve maintained a 97% client retention rate for nearly two decades.

The result: clients don’t leave. They expand with us!

Meet Your Team

Danielle Bunel

Chief Executive Officer

Danielle Bunel founded Nexsentio on a simple belief: compliance shouldn’t be a scramble. With 25 years specializing in food distribution sanitation and audit regulations, she built a cleaning program from the ground up that doesn’t just meet standards — it’s engineered to pass them. The warehouse is her element. She’s as comfortable reading an FDA inspection checklist as she is walking a 500,000 sq. ft. floor. And yes — she will absolutely stop to move a doodlebug out of harm’s way. That same care goes into every facility she touches.

Rene Velasquez

Chief Operations Officer

If there’s one thing 40 years in janitorial operations teaches you, it’s that the details are never small. Rene Velazquez, Nexsentio’s Founder and COO, has built his career on that truth. From Class A corporate towers to precision cleanrooms, he applies the same uncompromising standard to every environment he manages. His expertise in floor care is the kind that only comes from decades on the ground, not behind a desk. When Rene’s team is on-site, the work gets done right, on time, without waste. He also firmly believes he can dribble like Pelé. His crew respectfully disagrees.

Esbeidy Pascacio

Payroll Manager

Eight years ago, Esbeidy Pascacio answered phones at Nexsentio. Today, she runs the financial and operational infrastructure that keeps the company scaling. That trajectory isn’t a coincidence — it’s the result of an instinct for listening, a talent for spotting gaps, and a fluency with technology that turns complexity into process. She’s managed multi-state account rollouts, new payroll systems, and high-stakes projects that most managers wouldn’t touch. She keeps clients at the center of every decision and the teams running on time. Unlike Danielle, she has absolutely no problem removing a bug from her path. Zero hesitation.

Rosa Aguilar

Operations Manager

Thirty years ago, Rosa Aguilar was herself a day porter. Today, she’s the person who makes sure every Nexsentio site is held to the standard that job taught her. As Safety Director and Quality Control Inspector, she knows where corners get cut because she’s seen every version of it. She conducts monthly staff training on everything from chemical safety to slip and fall prevention — because a safe employee is a consistent one. If something is wrong on a site, Rosa finds it first and says so, even when that means calling out her own team. That honesty is rare in this industry. She also handcrafts every office birthday decoration personally. The office looks like a Pinterest board. She has that same attention to detail in her inspection reports, thorough and pretty!

Javier Mendez

Client Success Manager

Javier Mendez has a reputation at Nexsentio — he sides with the client. Every time. As the Client Services and Account Manager, he walks facilities with clients, absorbs their expectations immediately, and carries them back to the team as a standing order. He’s organized, responsive, and visibly annoyed when a commitment gets delayed, which is why the team knows better. That annoyance is intentional. Clients feel it as reliability. His coworkers feel it as motivation. If you’ve ever wanted a vendor who actually has your back, Javier is your person. He is also extremely healthy! He can take 8 to 10 vitamins at once in a single swallow. He considers this completely normal. The rest of the team just stares at him because there Are. No. Words!

Josh Limasa

Chief People Officer

Josh Limasa will tell you that without our people, Nexsentio would look like every other cleaning company—and that’s exactly what we refuse to be. So he made people his life’s work. With 25+ years building teams across multiple industries in Retail and Tech, Josh leads with a simple belief: consistency isn’t assumed—it’s built. Since joining Nexsentio, he’s led a full HR transformation—creating role-specific training, strengthening processes, and building leadership programs that elevate every level of the organization. Josh’s favorite hobby is “strategically overinvesting” in employee recognition. Danielle’s “approved” button is getting worn out—and our employee satisfaction shows it.
