Construction Clean-Up & Waste Removal

They Built It. We Make It Ready.

Nexsentio Construction Clean-Up & Waste Removal covers every phase from rough clean through final polish — including debris hauling, recycling removal, and hazardous waste coordination. We work on your timeline, coordinate with your GC, and deliver a space that’s genuinely ready for handover.

Post-construction cleaning is one of the most underestimated services in the facility industry. Everyone assumes it’s just a final sweep. It isn’t. Construction activity leaves behind a specific kind of mess.  Drywall dust settled into every HVAC register, paint overspray on every glass surface, adhesive residue where every label was applied, concrete particles embedded into flooring, and removing it correctly requires a completely different approach than a standard cleaning crew is equipped for. Do it wrong and you’re back to square one. Do it right and the space is genuinely ready for occupancy.

Nexsentio’s construction clean-up teams have worked through every type of commercial build — ground-up office towers, tenant improvement projects, industrial build-outs, and post-renovation resets in occupied buildings. We coordinate directly with general contractors, work around active trades when needed, and deliver a documented sign-off through NexSense before we leave the site. We also handle what gets left behind — bulk debris removal, cardboard and recycling haul-out, and hazardous waste coordination — so the GC isn’t managing multiple vendors at the finish line.

Post-Construction Cleaning Isn’t a Mop Job.
It’s a Discipline.

The most common mistake project managers make at the end of a build is treating the final clean like an extension of the janitorial contract. It isn’t. Construction debris doesn’t respond to standard cleaning methods. Drywall compound, paint overspray, silicone smears, concrete dust, and sticker adhesive all require surface-specific chemistry, industrial equipment, and a systematic zone-by-zone approach to remove without damaging new finishes.

Nexsentio construction clean teams arrive prepared. They know what each trade leaves behind and how to address it. They work from ceiling to floor in the sequence that prevents re-contamination. They coordinate with your GC and adapt when the job site changes. And when the work is done, they produce a NexSense sign-off report that confirms every zone was completed — so handover doesn’t get delayed over a cleaning question.

COMPETITOR WEAKNESS — NO NAMES NEEDED

Many cleaning vendors offer post-construction cleaning and send their standard commercial crew. No industrial equipment. No phase protocol. No surface-specific training. They clean what’s visible, miss what’s embedded, and leave the project manager with a punch list that delays the occupancy date. Nexsentio deploys a dedicated construction clean team with the equipment, chemistry, and process the job actually requires.

Dirty work. Done properly.

Rough Clean. Detail Clean. Final Polish. Every Time, In That Order.

Phase 1

Rough clean

During active construction or immediately after substantial completion, before all finishes are in place.

Phase 2

Detail clean

After substantial completion, once all finishes are installed and active trades have cleared.

Phase 3

Final polish

Immediately before occupancy or owner/tenant handover. Timed to coincide with GC punch-list walk.

Every Surface. Every Trade’s Mess. Every Phase of the Build.

HEPA Vacuuming & Dust Removal

Industrial HEPA vacuuming of all surfaces, HVAC registers, windowsills, and baseboards. Captures fine construction dust that standard vacuums recirculate rather than remove.

Window & Glass Cleaning

Paint overspray, installation film, tape residue, and sticker adhesive removed from all interior and exterior glass to streak-free clarity.

Floor Care & Surface Restoration

Phase-appropriate treatment for each floor type — concrete scrubbing and sealing, LVT stripping and waxing, tile and grout deep cleaning, and carpet extraction where applicable.

Fixture & Hardware Polishing

Plumbing fixtures, door hardware, cabinet hardware, and light fixtures cleaned and polished. Installation fingerprints and adhesive residue removed throughout.

Cabinetry & Millwork Cleaning

Interior and exterior cleaning of cabinetry, shelving, and millwork. Sawdust, sticker adhesive, and installation debris removed without damaging new finishes.

HVAC Vent & Return Cleaning

All HVAC supply and return registers vacuumed and wiped before the system is activated. Prevents drywall and concrete particles from recirculating through the building on day one.

Drywall Dust Removal

Systematic removal of drywall dust from all horizontal surfaces, ledges, sills, and hidden areas including above ceiling tiles and inside mechanical spaces.

NexSense Completion Sign-Off

Documented sign-off report delivered through NexSense upon completion — every zone cleaned, surfaces treated, and any outstanding items flagged. Occupancy-ready confirmation in writing.

We Don’t Just Clean What’s There. We Remove What Shouldn’t Be.

Construction sites generate more waste than most project managers account for. Nexsentio handles removal across three categories — so your GC isn’t managing a separate vendor for debris hauling at the end of a build.

Bulk Trash & Junk Removal

Removal of construction debris, discarded materials, broken equipment, packaging waste, and end-of-project junk from the job site. Coordinated with your GC for disposal compliance and timeline.

Cardboard & Recycling Haul-Out

Cardboard, packaging materials, and recyclables removed and sorted for proper disposal. Handles the volume that accumulates during installation phases when every fixture, appliance, and piece of furniture arrives in a box.

Hazardous Waste Coordination

Identification, containment, and coordination of hazardous materials found on site — including old paint, solvents, fluorescent lamps, and construction chemicals. We coordinate with licensed disposal vendors so you don’t have to.

Ongoing Site Waste Management

Scheduled waste removal during active construction phases to keep the job site clear, safe, and ready for the next trade. Reduces hazards and keeps the site looking managed throughout the build.
