Caulking & Weatherstripping

Sinks, countertops, tile edges, and fixtures re-caulked. Weatherstripping on exterior doors replaced to maintain seal and energy efficiency.

Door Adjustments & Hardware Tightening

Adjust and tighten misaligned doors properly, sticking latches, loose handles, and knobs across offices and common areas.

Cabinet & Furniture Hardware

Artwork, TV & Whiteboard Mounting

Door Closer Adjustment & Replacement
